MUAY THAI, KICKBOXING & STRETCH CLASSES

In our classes…
You will be paired up with someone suitable, so don’t worry about getting left behind or not getting an awesome work out.
Everyone who currently participates in these classes are very friendly, willing to help out & love to train hard, while having heaps of fun. Learn the correct techniques, while getting fit & having fun in a safe environment


Monday

5-5.45pm ~ Teen Girls Kickboxing


Jess’s beginners to advanced kickboxing for teen girls

This class is a great outlet for teenage girls to refocus their energy in a positive manner while developing self confidence, ability to take initiative and valuable lessons in self defence.
They will learn how to ACT FIRST through proper punching and kicking techniques, learn to hold pads for each other and make heaps of friends along the way! Overall, they’ll feel happy and safe knowing they can be themselves in an encouraging atmosphere and learn a variety of skills at their own pace within a small group environment.


6-7pm ~ Muay Thai Kickboxing


Mick’s Muay Thai class

This is a general class which means beginners to advanced students are welcome. It won’t be catered specifically for anyone, such as the beginner classes are for the newcomers.
In this class you will do the fun things that we don’t do too much of in our other classes.
For example superman punches, jumping push kicks and knees, grappling and those sorts of things.

Tuesday

4-4:30pm ~ Kids Kickboxing

Jess’s Kickboxing for kids class + optional games afterward

This class is great for kids who would like to give Kickboxing a go & a great way to develop new skills and train in the art of self defense. Pokemon Card Demos AFTER CLASS for Kids who are passionate about playing Pokemon!


6-7pm ~ Kickboxing & Fitness

Jess’s Kickboxing for Beginners class

Perfect for beginners who have never done kickboxing before or who haven’t trained in a long time.
Jess will break down how to do the techniques and how to hold different pads for each other, at the beginning of class.
Once you are confident, she will get your heart racing and body sweating with pad rounds.
Advanced students…you will have your cardio pushed to the max, because you have to show off ha ha!

Wednesday

6-7pm ~ Muay Thai Kickboxing


Crystal’s (gym owner) advanced Muay Thai class.

In this class you will be put through hard, complex combos OR not super difficult, but explosive and powerful combos.
Interactive pad rounds. This means that you don’t just stand there and hold pads, but you move around the room. You also get to nicely hit your partner if their guard is down lol
Bring your approved sparring gear as some combos will be done person to person.
Advanced students only


Thursday

8.30 – 9.15am ~ Stretch & Core

Crystal’s (gym owner) stretch & core online class

You don’t have to be currently exercising to participate in our stretch & core class.
There is so much research out there in regards to weak core muscles & back issues. Instead of boring you with facts, we would like to invite you to jump

Perfect for beginners who have never done muay thai kickboxing before or who haven’t trained in along time.

Jess will break down how to do the techniques and how to hold different pads for each other, at the beginning of class.
Once you are confident, she will get your heart racing and body sweating with pad rounds.
Advanced students…you will have your cardio maxed out and technique will be scrutinized 🙂
